09 Jun The Wellness Current
June Wellness Challenge – *200 WellBucks*
This month’s challenge is “New Year’s In June.” Take some time this month to reevaluate your goals or set a new one… call it a “Mid-Year Resolution.” One of the keys to successful goal setting is to set goals you know you can achieve. If you succeed in even a simple goal you’ve at least boosted your confidence a bit… and you can record 200 WellBucks for yourself.

A Cleaner, More Beautiful Median
Thanks to Rick Rowrway, Joanna Todd, Anne Soultz, Polly Craig, Char Hawkins, Ashley Williams and Nik Sloan. They came out and helped clean up the median last Friday. We got a lot of work done and the median looks GREAT. We have another work day scheduled for next Friday (June 20). If you’re not using your trash and tidy day to clean up in your office/dept then come on out to the median. We’ll be planting and mulching.

Group Exercise
Zumba and Spinning classes are on summer vacation… but that doesn’t mean you can’t exercise. Start a walking group at lunch time… maybe you and your wellness buddy could go to the weight room or cardio room for a quick workout. As always, the outdoor spaces we have are a great resource. Take a walk in the back 40… or just around the building.
